Ask About is a new way to uncover Anybody use Cox Enterprise Services at the workplace? and share information. Get answers We are thinking about changing from AT&T to Cox Business Services due to some issues with AT&T. I’d like to know if anyone has experience with Cox Enterprise Services (Telephone – not VOIP, Web etc) and if you have been pleased with the service. Any down time? I am specifically interested if you are situated in Southern California.

I am ONLY asking about Cox Company NOT Residential, they are distinct. Please don’t give me answers about house service.
Thanks Henry, but it is specifically not VOIP that I am talking about. It is in fact normal phone service, supplied by COX Business, running through cable in the ground. (Uses the cable, but not over the web) Related to the standard copper wire employed by AT&T. We would also be obtaining net service, but not to manage the phones (as a voip setup would)
from actual people, and share your insights and experience.
